Step 1: Prepare your property information
Before reaching out to Building Solutions for Palisades, you will need your basic property information and a summary of your finances.
Please click on the Build Form button to start the process.
Step 2: Connect with the Build Solutoins for Palisades team
To get in touch with our consultation team, fill out the Build Questionnaire.
The questionnaire will help us prepare for our initial conversation and understand your situation so we can best support your build.
Step 3: Meet our team for an initial consultation
After you fill out our Build Questionnaire, our consultation team will reach out to set up a one-on-one meeting to help you assess which builder or catalog home fit best on your lot.
Coming out of the consultation, we’ll help you identify your specific build needs and whether you’re ready to move forward with a catalog or custom plan.
Step 4: Contractor selection & bidding
Once you select a Catalog plan or Custom builder, you’ll officially join our program.
At this stage, we’ll help you narrow down a list of potential contractors and work with you to ensure a competitive bidding process. You’ll have the opportunity to interview and meet with the contractors bidding on your project as you select a builder that’s the right fit for you.
Step 5: Finalize your plan and selection
Once your contractor has been selected, you will work with your customer service liaison to select your exterior finishes as well as your interior finishes and hardware.
Nest, you will then begin the contract phase with the builder/general contractor. Depending on which company you select, you may start with a due diligence agreement or go straight to a contract.
Step 6: Permitting and pre-construction
Your builder will work with you to create a property specific submittal set to obtain your construction permits. Once your permits are issued your contractor is ready to begin construction.
Step 7: Construction
Your home is built using the pre-approved design or architectural plans you selected with your builder. You will receive status updates from your contractor throughout the process. You are welcome to visit the site as often as you would like.
Step 8: Move-in
Once construction is complete and final inspections are passed, you will receive your Certificate of Occupancy.
Welcome home!
